Console Banner Support

Date: 10th October, 2024 We are excited to announce that the Console now supports banners. This allows OS1 platform and product admins to inform the app users about upcoming downtimes and other critical alerts within the console. App users will be able to see the notifications in real-time about important updates, scheduled maintenance, and downtimes, improving communication and user experience.
- Scheduled Maintenance Notifications: Inform users about upcoming maintenance activities and expected downtimes.
- Service Outages: Notify users immediately about service disruptions or critical updates.
- Promotional Banners: Highlight important announcements, features, or updates relevant to users.
- Banner Creation and Management: Peoduct admins and support users can create banners to inform users about maintenance schedules or significant updates. For detailed instructions on how to create and manage banners, refer to the Developer Guide.
- Banner Display: All users can view banners within the console UI, ensuring they are informed of any relevant announcements. To understand how banners are displayed in the console, refer to the User Guide.
- Banner API: This new API, part of App and solution Service, is built for the Console Banner feature, covering all functionalities for creating, managing, and displaying banners. To learn about creating and managing Banner API, refer to the Banner API reference documentation.
