V1 APIs deprecation

As announced earlier, the V2 of App and Solution Service APIs are available and they enable the developers to easily create and manage the lifecycle of their apps and solutions, including onboarding to prod-type tenants. In-addition, the V2 APIs also include gatings to prevent accidental updates. 

Considering the V1 App and Solution Service APIs (Core and Portal APIs) miss the necessary gating and are time consuming to use, we have decided to deprecate the V1 APIs by Feb 28th 2024. A few Core APIs required for DevOPS and Support operations will be retained but will be access restricted for users with DevOPS  and platform support roles only. 

We request all app and solution developers to only use the V2 APIs going forward. Please contact-us in-case any issue prevents you from using V2 APIs.
