To apply an event to an Entity, call the Apply Event endpoint. If the event is transitional, then the Entity will transition to the particular state. Otherwise, it will remain in the existing state.

The following payload shows how an event (eventCode: E-001) is applied to an Entity. You need to specify the entityId on which you want to apply this event.
