Console FAQ

This Console FAQ addresses common questions and issues users may encounter while using the Console SDK.

The user should select the appropriate solution from the available options. If the browser's URL does not match the selected solution, the user will be directed to the current solution's first app based on the display order.

This occurs when a developer still needs to provide appId in their code, as it is mandatory.

Verify the subscription via the console API response. If the API displays a status of 200, examine the response. The app won't be accessible if its display order is equal to or less than 0.
