Introducing the System App Settings Feature

We're excited to announce that the System App Settings configuration for solutions is now available. This feature allows app developers to enable and customize system app settings for their solutions. To enable system apps, solution developers can provide a list of desired system apps in the `systemAppSettings` parameter when registering or updating a solution.

The system app settings feature  includes a set of predefined system app identifiers, such as payments, that developers can use to enable specific system apps for their solutions. However, only the payments app is currently available.
