V1 App and Solution Service APIs are now deprecated

As announced earlier, the V1 App and Solution Service APIs (Core and Portal APIs) are now deprecated. A few Core APIs required for DevOPS and Support operations are retained but are access restricted for users with DevOPS  and support roles only. 

Going forward, all app and solution developers should only use the V2 APIs to create and manage the lifecyle of their apps and solutions. Please contact-us in-case anything prevents you from using the V2 APIs.
